Together, we can raise awareness, build hope, save lives, and strengthen our community. The event will include: A 5K run and walk A community health fair Resources for senior citizens Mental health and suicide-prevention information Activities and fun for the entire family Proceeds will support suicide prevention, mental health education, grief support, youth programs, and Contact Helpline’s Reassurance Program for elderly individuals and people with disabilities.
